The Pak Wo Road project in Fanling, being the first one under the development of Hong Kong Housing Society’s Dedicated Rehousing Estate (DRE) for Mixed Housing Development. This DRE will provide around 1,500 rental and sale units for residents affected by Government’s development clearance or redevelopment projects in urban areas including units earmarked for senior citizens.
