Dedicated Rehousing Estate at Hung Shui Kiu - Phase 1B is a residential development under the three phases of Dedicated Rehousing Estate (DRE) at Hung Shui Kiu of the Hong Kong Housing Society.

The construction consists of one 29-storey residential building with a 2-storey roof floor and a 3-storey podium. The DRE will provide approximately 375 residential units.
