Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent;
Completion of HKIE Scheme "A" Graduate Training will be an advantage;
At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Contractor;
Considerable experience in liaison with consultants, sub-contractors and government agents;
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Buidling Services Engineer.
