Paul Y. Engineering recruits a number of high-caliber graduates every year. Not only do these young people help us with our rapid and exciting expansion, but they also sustain our mission to nurture young talent.

Our Graduate Training programme provides trainees with practical experience to reinforce their theoretical knowledge to prepare the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) of HKIS. The programme will equip the trainees with necessary technical competence, leadership abilities, commercial knowledge, ethical matters and social awareness.

• Various of job opportunities in building and civil projects, estimating, purchasing and subletting functions
• Comprehensive CPD trainings organized by Paul Y. Campus
• 10 days study leaves and $10,000 sponsorship for external CPD trainings
• Preparation for professional chartership

Job Responsibilities

• Pre-contract stage: Prepare subcontract tender documents, cost estimation and budgeting, etc.
• Post-contract stage: Prepare main contract interim payments and variation orders, evaluate subcontractors' payment applications and material procurement, etc.
• Other related administration works
