As the pinnacle of luxury accommodation development in Hong Kong, this project involved construction of 29 four-storey houses and five swimming pools, elevated cantilevered noise barriers, a shuttle lift tower, associated external works and landscaping work and elevated EVA and decks for the houses up to 27 metres above the formed slope. Skylighting was installed on the roofing of the uppermost floor to draw in natural sunlight. The property sizes ranged from about 9,300 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. It is one of the most prominent private housing projects in Hong Kong.
