Paul Y. was honoured to be recognised as a Finalist in the “Green Building Leadership Category – Contractors” at the Hong Kong Green Building Award 2023 co-organised by Hong Kong Green Building Council and Professional Green Building Council on 3 November 2023.

We congratulate our clients for winning the Grand Award and “Special Citation on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals” for the following:-

Hong Kong Housing Authority - “New Buildings Category – Completed Projects- Residential” for the Public Rental Housing Development at Queen’s Hill, Fanling;

Hang Seng Bank Limited - “Existing Buildings Category – Completed Projects – Commercial” for the Hang Seng Bank Headquarters Workplace Transformation

A number of our other projects were also awarded the Merit Award or named Finalist this year, such as Blissful Place, Yuen Long Effluent Polishing Plant, The Henley, Data Technology Hub, HKU 1224 Wong Chuk Hang and the Kai Tak Additional District Cooling System.
