The Construction of one level of basement, three levels of commercial podium for shops and restaurants and a 24-storey office tower above the podium structure. The construction works include Grade 60 reinforced concrete building unitized curtain wall and featured aluminium louver structures, fitting out work, water cool chiller system and Building Intelligent System installations. The building was delivered in a period of 26 months with various achievements including the award of Considerate Contractor granted by the Environmental Transport and Work Bureau.
