Environment
Less pollution and more green
All our sites strictly follow the regulations by the Environmental Protection Department, including Air Pollution Control Ordinance, Noise Control Ordinance, Water Pollution Control, Waste Disposal Ordinance, etc.
ISO 14001:2004 Award
Our sites and subsidiaries have been granted numerous awards such as the Considerate Contractors Site Award by Environment, Transport & Works Bureau; Gold Wastewi$e by Environmental Protection Department and ISO 14001:2004 Award by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency to highlight the achievement in Environmental Management System.
Preservation of the old trees
Old trees in our sites are treated with care. The old trees in Ngau Tau Kok Redevelopment Projects, which were reserved and relocated to the centre of the development, is just one of the examples.
Education
Donation to Fu Hui Charity Foundation
More than HKD 800,000 has been donated for the reconstruction of old schools in Sichuan Province, PRC.
HKCA Education Assistance Fund
We constantly sponsor secondary students who have achieved good results in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination to complete their matriculation years.
Charity
Support to Community Chest
Our staff regularly participates in several significant Community Chest activities including the Dress Special Day and Corporate and Employee Contribution Program.
Blood donation campaign
Red Cross carries out the blood donating process at headquarter on a regular basis.
Timely donation campaigns
The Company and staff donated a total amount of more then HKD2 million for the victims in Sichuan Earthquake in 2008.
Voluntary consultation in Artistes 512 Fund Raising Campaign
We contribute ours expertise in project management and provide professional advices and resources management in the engineering aspect for the reconstruction projects in the Sichuan earthquake.
