South Horizons Phases III & IV

South Horizons was conceived as a “garden city” with low-density highrises. This project comprised construction of 18 residential blocks ranging in height from 30 to 40 storeys, providing a total of 4,998 apartments. Phase III involved construction of a two-storey podium, with parking spaces and a swimming pool. A roof garden and landscaped areas were provided on the podium roof and seaside promenade. Phase IV comprised development of 7,900 square metres of open space with landscaped gardens, children’s playgrounds, sitting-out areas, a sparkling water fountain, and various recreational facilities. The scope of work also included interior decoration of the seven 30-storey towers of The Oasis.
