Bel-Air No. 8
This project consisted of the development of eight towers ranging from 28 to 41 storeys, and a four-storey podium with carpark underneath. The residential development entailed construction of a total of 709 flats including 12 simplex and duplex flats.
The four twin towers were designed to capture natural lighting, sea breezes and panoramic views. To harmonise with the endless seascape, the towers were designed with black and white glass reinforced concrete features, and a new dynamic curvature that re-interprets the concept of residential living. The sky garden was a special feature of each twin tower. Bel-Air No.8 won a Bronze at the Construction Manager of the Year Awards 2008 of the Chartered Institute of Building (HK).
