This project won a number of awards, including the Asia Pacific Project Management Awards 2013 (Winner), Hong Kong Institute of Project Management Awards 2013 (Winner) and Construction Manager of the Year Awards 2012 (Commendation). All are reputed industry awards, with the first being world-class.
The project comprised construction of a three-storey (including single-storey basement) swimming pool complex, consisting of three outdoor and one indoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, leisure pool, and a sun-bathing area with shelters.
