Paul Y. Engineering Wins HKU Student Residence contract, a MiC Pilot Project at Wong Chuk Hang2019-08-27
Paul Y. Engineering is pleased to announce the award of the new Student Residence of the University of Hong Kong at Wong Chuk Hang, a pilot project adopting Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) selected by the Development Bureau. The project of approximately HK$1.1 billion comprises construction of two blocks of 19-storey student residences. It includes MiC units based on proposals submitted by the contractor. The units rest on top of a transfer plate and a three-storey podium with carpark, functional facilities and hall, for 1,224-place student residence at Police School Road in Wong Chuk Hang.

The project will commence in September of 2019 and is scheduled for completion before the fourth quarter of 2023.
