The 32-acre site of Studio City is strategically located adjacent to the new Lotus Bridge immigration checkpoint, which connects the complex to Hengqin Island in Zhuhai, China. This mega project of over 4.5 million square feet CFA consists of a basement, a large commercial podium and two hotel blocks, for completion in mid-2015.
Studio City will be large-scale integrated entertainment, retail and gaming resort. Its significant gaming capacity, five-star hotel facilities and entertainment, retail and food and beverage outlets will attract a diverse range of customers, with particular focus on the mass market in Asia, especially Greater China. The project will deliver a unique entertainment-driven experience through a variety of innovative and interactive attractions, which will expand Macau’s appeal as a multifaceted tourist destination.
